At Brainrot Brick, we keep your buying experience clear and straightforward. We offer two types of products: collectible sets available for immediate purchase, and the option to pre-order collectibles that are currently in development.

These are our non–pre-order sets: fully designed, ready to go, and available for immediate purchase. Every collection, except the one marked as Pre-Order, falls into this category. Once you complete your order, you will receive instant digital building instructions via email, and the physical product will be shipped as soon as possible.

 

How It Works:

  1. Browse and Select: Explore our products, which are designed and available for purchase.
  2. Add to Cart: Select your desired product and add it to your cart.
  3. Checkout: Complete the checkout process by entering your shipping details and selecting your shipping method.
  4. Receive Instructions: After confirming your purchase, you will receive instant digital building instructions (PDF format) by email.
  5. Processing Time: After receiving the instructions, we will process your order and ship the official LEGO parts. We aim to ship within 1–5 working days, depending on e-commerce order volumes.

 

Refund Policy for Available Products:

In accordance with EU consumer regulations, this digital portion is non-refundable once sent. However, the physical LEGO® components may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, complete, and in their original packaging. Returns are subject to inspection and the refund will reflect only the physical part of the product, excluding the value of the digital content. Our Pre-Order products are available for purchase at a discounted price because they are still in development. You’re getting an exclusive deal for ordering early and helping fund the creation of these unique collectibles.


How It Works:

  1. Browse and Select: Choose from our Pre-Order products or go in the Pre-Order collection.
  2. Add to Cart: Add your chosen pre-order item to your cart.
  3. Checkout: Complete your purchase by entering shipping details and selecting the shipping option.
  4. Confirmation Email: After purchasing, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Updates on your product’s progress will be sent to you as we work on bringing it to life.
  5. Production & Updates: Our team is working diligently to finalize and produce your item. You will receive regular updates on the status of your pre-order.
  6. Processing/Development Time: Pre-order items typically take 15–30 days from completion to delivery, depending on development and sourcing times.

 

Refund Policy for Pre-Order Products:

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the digital instructions have been delivered, and receive a full refund. Once the digital content is sent, the order becomes partially non-refundable and Refund & Return Policy apply. Only the physical portion of the set may be eligible for return, in accordance with our standard return conditions.
